We are attempting to incorporate the solar wind speed into the prediction
scheme as high speed streams are often associated with geomagnetic 
disturbances.  As a first step, we have simply scaled the IMF by the
square root of the solar wind speed over the nominal value (taken as
400 km/s).  The figure below shows the most recent prediction calculation
using this scheme.
